Yandex Beats Bing To Become Fourth Largest Search Provider
0According to reports from comScore, Yandex has surpassed Bing to become the fourth largest search engine provider in the month of November and December 2012. Yandex processed 4.844 billion queries while Bing did 4.477 billion queries.
Google still remains supreme with a total of 114.73 billion queries while Baidu came in second with 14.5 billion queries. Yahoo! came in third with 8.63 billion queries.
The difference is very small and Bing may again come up to 4th spot. Considering the “Scroogled” campaign which Bing has started, it seems it has not seen much of a rise in its market share. Bing definitely got lot of market share in the beginning and created a dent in Google but it could not take over Google.
However in total number of unique searches, Bing can definitely claim the 4th spot. What can Bing do to get itself up in the rankings?
