Google Chromebook Pixel

Google Chrome has earned lot of market share and popularity since it’s launch. And Google wants to extend it by launching a brand new Chromebook code named Chromebook Pixel.

Chromebook Pixel has been built from ground up. It has 12.85 inch display with a screen resolution of 2560×1700 which accounts to 239 ppi (pixels per inch). It will provide brightness up to 400 nits. It features the highest resolution and ppi than all laptops in its display size. It also accounts to 4.352 million pixels which will provide sharper text, vivid colors, better color saturation and will provide extra viewing angles.

Moreover Chromebook Pixel has a touch screen which will allow users to touch the screen and work with touch friendly apps.

Chromebook Pixel has been made up of anodized aluminium providing a smooth surface just like the Apple MacBooks. The laptop has stereo speakers tucked in below the backlit keyboard. Moreover the vents are hidden and no screw is visible. It features a 720p webcam to shoot high quality videos.

The laptop is packed with 1.8 Ghz core i5 processor and 4GB of RAM. The Chromebook comes with two storage options i.e. 32GB and 64GB both of which are SSD (solid slate drive). Moreover Google will provide users with 1TB of free Google Drive storage for 3 years. It also supports Wi-fi and LTE.

As Google says the Chromebook will constantly get updated and become faster with every update. And needless to say it is meant for people who work on cloud.
